ROSSO DI TOSCANA 'LE GRATE'

The Toscana Igt Rosso Salvadori is born in vineyards located in the province of Florence, in Tuscany;
It is produced with Sangiovese and Canaiolo grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Then the wine is placed in the same containers, before being bottled.
This wine has a ruby red color. The nose opens with a winy and fruity scent, soft and pleasant. On the palate it is dry and persistent, with a soft aftertaste.
Excellent with appetizers based on meats and cheeses, it is ideal in combination with first courses and meat dishes, both white and red.
UVAGGIO: Sangiovese, Canaiolo
GRADO: 12% vol.
